That can't be comfortable

My parents two cats sat on a brown/grey sofa. Muffin on the left is curled into a ball. She is mostly black and brown but has white paws and chin. She has some paws extended. Buster on the right is sat staigh on his paws. He is also black and brown. He is lying across a 2 inch gap between two sofa segments
